GENDER TRANSPARENCY

When mutually engaging in short or long-term, casual or serious, romantic or physical dating and relationships - no one may misrepresent their congenital birth sex nor any transexual, hermaphrodite, intersex, DSD condition or the like. This will apply to relationships remotely as well as in person.

Anyone found to be in violation will be subject to civil and/or criminal penalty commensurate with the level of interaction or intensity of the relationship - especially physical. Such penalties may include judgements, fines and/or imprisonment.

While we respect the privacy of individuals to live out their preferred gender identities in singular fashion nevertheless everyone has the inherent right to know the true binary or non-binary status of the person they are dating in accordance with their own sexual preferences towards choosing a partner.
