2020 ELECTION FAIL-SAFE

As we approach the 2020 elections, concerns over the ability to properly count mail-in ballots abound. The demands for us to use mail-in ballots on a large scale are unfounded since regular voting can be carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic by simply practicing social distancing and mask protocols as has been done in other venues such as stores and workplaces. We can use a system that extends and stretches voting hours by opening polls earlier & utilizing time-ticket distributions, park-wait & vote, drive-in voting, appointment voting -- all of which are now better facilitated with today's internet and cell-phone technology. Why trade out for the demonstrated insecurities of mass mail-in voting where errors in that system are already occurring and prove impossible to rectify? We should immediately adopt the COVID-19 measures herein mentioned and disregard the mass mail-in and way-too-early ballots cast especially concerning the presidential race. Instead, allow all registered voters to vote at the polls and then start counting from there with a new clean slate.

We have the constitutional tools to make the changes in order to do this as clearly stated in Article 1 | Section 4 | Paragraph 1:

Now Citing Article II | Section 1 | Paragraph 2 we see that the state legislatures have all the power of determination of their presidential electors:

This power is plenary to the state legislatures as ruled by the Supreme Court. As stated two paragraphs later Congress....

So Congress and the state legislatures can make mutual changes which could result in counting for the most part the ballots cast at the polls on election day(s) plus only the usual number of absentee ballots and likewise military ballots by mail. They can also change the date of a particular election if need be within reason to make time for the polls to settle on their COVID-19 measures mentioned above while allowing time enough before end of term for the office in question. The inconveniences of any of these changes would be much more tolerable than the confusion resulting from relying on a mass mail-in ballot election.

Now today, the riots of late especially in the population centers of the blue states combined with the lack of assurance in our currently looming mail-in vote system further prompts us to consider for this presidential election cycle that state legislatures be on call on election night to visibly affirm the assignment of their state's elector slate ideally based on the tabulated in-person poll results or trends. If for any reason there is a close or contested result still at 11:30pm local time then the state legislature through a vote can declare their electors before midnight if need be with their own tie and hung-vote protocols in place. An alternate or complementary option is for them to have set up automatic conditions beforehand such that in all cases whatsoever the elector slate will be solidly determined before midnight without question.

Keep in mind that legislatures are not actually bound to choose presidential electors by any popular election result. Should an alternate outcome occur remember it is better to have a president solidly determined before midnight than to suffer weeks or months of endless litigation destroying confidence in our election system and our governance. This is not to mention the endless nauseating coverage by the slanted news-media types who will justify every speculative conspiracy theory that meets their globalist agendas while egging on any possible civic strife. The choices for president should be limited beforehand between the binary Democrat and Republican front runners not because we like it that way but in order to eliminate any possible hang-ups as the third parties are noticeably weak this cycle anyway.

Unfortunately America refuses to quit its nasty habit of two-party politics at least up to now. However, if the election is carried out as the Deep State subversives intend with all the mail-in scenarios and without due congressional & state legislative checks and balances as described herein then you can bet that after a complete electoral meltdown as anticipated, such will be a catalyst for the masses to either resort to revolution or a new multi-party paradigm with a different electoral process (range voting please!) as the subversion of the Democrats and the attrition of the Republicans plays out the collapse of our two-party system and hopefully not our Republic.

Concerned citizens should alert their congressional and state legislative officeholders to these ends and hold them accountable for not taking these actions and allowing the threatened chaos to ensue.
